Innovative 3D Performance
Samsung has reinvented the 3D monitor experience to allow its users to experience the wide variety of 3D content now available. Unlike other 3D solutions, which only work for video gaming, Samsung’s new 3D monitors and HDTV/monitors also allow users to enjoy 3D movies, 3D TV and user-created 3D content like 3D photos and 3D videos. In order to do this, Samsung has created a new 3D technology, based on 3D panels available only in Samsung displays.

The proprietary Samsung 3D panel gives the 7 and 9 Series monitors a hyper realistic 3D playback, which makes them ideal for immersion in intense PC or console gaming, or for watching action-packed video content like movies and sports.

The 950 Series Monitor and the 7 and 9 Series HDTV/Monitors can automatically analyze and render 2D content in real-time to stunning 3D, supporting not only PC content, but also content from Blu-ray players, gaming consoles and set-top boxes.

Offering a complete 3D solution in a single package, the 7 and 9 Series feature a built-in glasses sync emitter, and they are packaged with a pair of 3D active-shutter glasses and middleware for 3D gaming.

HASSLE-FREE, SEAMLESS CONNECTIVITY
The Samsung MobilePrint app is available for Android smartphones, Android tablets and iOS based devices and can be downloaded from the relevant application store or marketplace. It will detect and connect directly to Samsung wireless printers in the area via WiFi or a network link. Samsung Mobile Print/Scan app users can then print directly from their devices with the click of a button, eliminating the hassle of driver installations and network configurations.

SIMPLE EDITING AND SCANNING
Samsung’s Mobile/Print Scan app also allows users to quickly review and edit documents that have been scanned into a local Samsung printer. Using this feature, mobile devices can detect documents scanned to a local multifunction printer (MFP) or, alternatively, be sent the scanned document by the MFP user. This is an ideal solution for editing document layouts, as it allows mobile edits to be made to the scan’s image quality and file type, and provides a choice between color or black and white scans.

FASTER PHOTO AND TRAVEL ITINERARY PRINTS
Samsung’s Mobile Print/Scan app brings a new dimension to mobile photography by providing users with a way to select and print multiple images simultaneously through their Samsung device’s photo gallery. It also saves time for frequent travelers who need to print e-tickets, flight confirmations or other itineraries at the last minute by using their mobile device’s SD card.

The Samsung Mobile Print/Scan app will be available for free this winter. It will be built-in to the Galaxy Tab beginning in 2011. The application will be compatible with all existing and new Samsung wireless and network printers.

Product News : AT&T Introduces SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab With Pay-As-You-Go Monthly Data Plans

DALLAS, NoV. 10, 2010— AT&T* and Samsung Telecommunications America (Samsung Mobile), today announced the Samsung Galaxy Tab™ will launch on Sunday, Nov. 21 on the nation’s fastest mobile broadband network, and just in time for the holiday season.

The Galaxy Tab will be available for $649.99** at more than 2,200 AT&T company owned stores and online at Samsung Galaxy Tab (www.att.com/galaxytab). AT&T will offer two pay-as-you-go data plan options for the Galaxy Tab, a $14.99 pay-as-you-go plan for 30 days with up to 250 MB of usage and a $25 pay-as-you-go plan for 30 days with up to 2 GB of usage. If customers use all the data included in their plan before 30 days, they can purchase another pay-as-you go plan. For additional convenience, these plans can automatically renew every 30 days, when customers pay for these plans with a credit card or debit card.

AT&T data plan subscribers also get access to AT&T’s entire national Wi-Fi network at no additional charge. Subscribers can activate their service plan directly on the Galaxy Tab, without making a phone call or a visit to the store, whenever they need access to data within the allocated U.S. footprint.

The data plans do not require a long-term contract. Customers have the option to change plans or purchase more data without penalty as needed. As a courtesy reminder, AT&T will notify customers with a text and email when their 30-day plan is close to expiring or when they are close to depleting the amount of data available in the plan.

In addition to the domestic data plans, international passes are also available which provide data coverage in more than 100 countries, including Canada, Mexico, and countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Plans start at $24.99.
